Welcome to Coach Roger. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Coach Roger, operated from 714 Green St, Floor 2, Rockford, IL 61102, USA. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it you confirm you meet that age requirement.
2. The Service
Coach Roger offers wellness check-ins, mindfulness content, gentle movement and nourishment tools, journaling, community features, an AI coach ("Coach Roger"), and curated educational videos. The Service is for general wellness — it is not medical care, therapy, or emergency assistance.
3. Account responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secret.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Coach Roger Premium is available as Monthly ($24.99 USD), Annual ($191.99 USD), or a one-time Lifetime purchase ($399 USD). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You authorize Stripe to charge your payment method. Prices and benefits may change with notice; changes will not affect a billing period you've already paid for.
5. Free trial
If we offer a free trial, you can cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. After the trial, your selected plan begins automatically.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel anytime from Profile → Subscription or through the Apple/Google store you purchased on. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

8. Acceptable use
You agree not to: harass other members, post sexual or violent content, impersonate others, attempt to access another account, reverse-engineer the Service, scrape data, or use the Service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
9. User content & community
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Coach Roger a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process your content as needed to provide the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.
10. AI output
Responses from Coach Roger are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are educational only and are not a substitute for professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for medical, mental-health, legal, or financial decisions. Spoken replies may be generated by a third-party voice provider for Premium members.
To personalize your experience, Coach Roger may remember and reuse durable information you choose to share (for example, an ongoing situation or a goal) across conversations. This is a convenience feature, not a medical or clinical record. You can review and delete everything Coach Roger remembers at any time in the app under Profile → What Roger Remembers, and it is deleted if you delete your account. See our Privacy Policy for details.
10a. AI fair-use policy
To keep the Service reliable and affordable for everyone, Coach Roger AI conversations are subject to daily limits per account:
- Free members: up to 30 Coach Roger messages per day.
- Premium members: up to 300 Coach Roger messages per day.
Limits reset daily at 00:00 UTC. You may not use automated scripts, bots, scraping, load testing, or any other technique to exceed these limits, circumvent them, or generate content in bulk. We may throttle, temporarily suspend, or terminate accounts that show automated abuse, unusual sustained traffic, or intent to disrupt the Service. We may also adjust these limits with reasonable notice if operating costs change; you'll always be notified in-app before a lower cap takes effect. Email sending from your account is likewise rate-limited to prevent spam abuse.
11. Third-party content & videos
The video library embeds content hosted by third parties (such as YouTube). We do not own that content and are not responsible for it.
11a. Affiliate program
If you join our referral/affiliate program, your participation, commissions, and payouts are governed by the separate Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions, in addition to these Terms.
11b. Marketing emails
If you opt in to our email newsletter, we'll send occasional wellness tips and product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email; this does not affect transactional messages such as receipts or account notices.
12. Intellectual property
The Service, its branding, and original content are owned by Coach Roger and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
13. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any content is suitable for your particular circumstances. Coach Roger is not a medical or emergency service.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coach Roger is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
15. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You and Coach Roger agree to resolve disputes by binding individual arbitration in Winnebago County, Illinois, except for small-claims matters or injunctive relief for IP misuse. You waive any right to a class action.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email; continued use means you accept the revised Terms.
