These terms govern the Coach Roger Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By enrolling, you ("Affiliate") agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Enrollment & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have an active Coach Roger account.
You must provide accurate enrollment information: legal name, address, mobile number, the email associated with your Coach Roger account, and a valid PayPal email for payouts.
We may accept, decline, suspend, or terminate any enrollment at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or violation of these terms.

2. Referrals & attribution

You receive a unique referral link/code. A new customer is attributed to you when they create their account through your link and purchase a subscription.
Each customer can be attributed to one affiliate, once, at the time of their first qualifying signup. Attribution is final.
Self-referrals (signing up for your own account through your own link, directly or indirectly) do not qualify and are grounds for removal from the Program.

3. Commissions

Monthly plan: $5.00 USD for each month a referred customer's monthly subscription remains active and paid.
Annual plan: $25.00 USD when a referred customer starts an annual subscription, and $25.00 USD for each year it renews.
Lifetime plan: a one-time payment of $50.00 USD when a referred customer purchases Lifetime access.

When commissions stop: if a referred customer cancels, refunds, charge-backs, or lets their subscription lapse (it does not renew), commissions for that customer stop permanently. If that customer later re-subscribes, commissions do not restart for any affiliate. No commissions accrue during free trials — a subscription qualifies once it converts to a paid plan.

4. Payouts

Commissions are paid manually via PayPal to the PayPal email you provided, on a monthly cycle, generally within 30 days after the end of the month in which they accrued.
You are responsible for keeping your PayPal email current and for any PayPal fees or currency conversion applied by PayPal.
Commissions associated with refunded or charged-back purchases are void and may be deducted from future payouts.
You are solely responsible for any taxes on amounts you receive. We may request tax documentation (e.g., a W-9) where required by law.

5. Acceptable promotion

Promote Coach Roger honestly. Do not make medical claims, income guarantees, or misrepresent what the app does — it is a wellness companion, not therapy or medical care.
No spam (email, SMS, DMs), no misleading ads, no impersonating Coach Roger, and no bidding on our trademarks in paid search.
Disclose your affiliate relationship where required (e.g., FTC guidelines: "I may earn a commission…").
No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, incentivized signups, or other manipulation of attribution.

6. Program changes & termination

We may modify commission rates, rules, or terminate the Program with reasonable notice. Changes apply prospectively — commissions already properly accrued will be honored.
We may remove an affiliate and void unpaid commissions for fraud, self-referral, spam, or material violation of these terms.
You may leave the Program at any time by contacting us; accrued, valid commissions will be paid out on the normal cycle.
