We want every member of Coach Roger to feel good about their decision. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
1. Web subscriptions (Stripe)
Monthly
Cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Monthly fees are non-refundable for partial periods unless required by law.
Annual
Eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, provided you haven't used Premium features extensively (more than ~10 hours of voice coaching or downloaded substantial premium content). After 14 days, the plan is non-refundable; cancel to stop future renewals.
Lifetime
Eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.
2. Free trials
Cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. We do not refund charges that result from forgetting to cancel during the trial period.
3. Apple App Store purchases
Refunds for purchases made through Apple are issued by Apple. Request one via reportaproblem.apple.com. We can advocate on your behalf but cannot issue the refund ourselves.
4. Google Play purchases
Refunds within 48 hours can be requested directly in Google Play. After that, contact michael@theinsanelywicked.com and we will work with you and Google to resolve the issue.
5. Duplicate or accidental charges
Email michael@theinsanelywicked.com with your receipt; we'll refund duplicate charges promptly.
6. How to request a refund
- Email michael@theinsanelywicked.com from the address on your account.
- Include the receipt or last 4 digits of the card, the plan name, and the reason.
- We'll respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we can usually resolve concerns faster directly. Chargebacks may result in account suspension while we investigate.
8. Mandatory consumer-protection laws
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws (for example, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts).
