You can request deletion of your Coach Roger account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, and what happens next.
How to request deletion
- Email us: send a message to michael@theinsanelywicked.com with the subject "Delete my Coach Roger account." Please send it from the email address your account is registered with, so we can verify it's really you.
- Or use our contact form and choose the account/deletion topic.
What gets deleted
When your request is verified, we permanently delete your account and the personal data linked to it, including: your profile and onboarding answers, mood check-ins, journal entries, conversations with the AI coach, everything Coach Roger remembers about you, meal logs and photos, community posts, reminders, and notification preferences.
Deleting specific data without deleting your account
You don't have to delete your whole account to remove specific data. You can delete your own community posts yourself at any time directly in the Circle tab. For anything else — for example, clearing your mood-log history, a journal entry, or your Coach Roger conversation history while keeping your account — email michael@theinsanelywicked.com (or use the contact form) and tell us exactly what to remove. We'll verify it's you and confirm once it's done, generally within 30 days.
Timing & retention
- Deletion is completed within 30 days of a verified request.
- Some limited records may be retained where the law requires it — for example, payment and transaction records held by our payment processor (Stripe) for tax and accounting purposes. These are not used for any other purpose.
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Active subscriptions should be cancelled first (Profile → Subscription) to stop future billing.
